What do the three solarium offerings cost?
The Vista Room begins at $65,000, and the Signature Solarium begins at $130,000. Estate projects are custom quoted. These are planning benchmarks; the final investment depends on the property, engineering, access, utilities, glazing, and finish selections.
Which offering is right for my property?
The Vista Room is an approximately 150-square-foot view room. The Signature Solarium is a 250–300-square-foot exposed-timber statement. Estate begins at 400 square feet and can integrate a spa or water feature. The complimentary Fit Check helps identify the most promising direction.
Will my solarium need a permit?
Most substantial additions require site-specific review, and requirements vary by jurisdiction, attachment, use, utilities, height, setbacks, zoning, grading, and fire rules. We help identify the likely path; the local authority makes the final determination.
Can a solarium include a pool or waterfall?
Yes. Larger custom atriums can be developed around pools, spas, water features, indoor landscapes, and entertaining spaces. These are substantial design-build projects with site-specific engineering and approvals.
What happens after the complimentary Fit Check?
If the project and company appear to fit, the next step is typically a paid site and feasibility phase or a design proposal. That work defines the project more carefully before construction pricing.
Are the images on this site completed projects?
The solarium images are design visualizations that communicate possible scale, use, and atmosphere. They are labeled accordingly and are not presented as completed Artisan Craft projects.
